How far in advance should I book?
24 hours is comfortable, and we handle same-day requests whenever a car is free. For WEF Davos, Art Basel and the winter holidays we recommend several weeks.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically and adjust the pickup. Delays cost you nothing — international arrivals include complimentary waiting time.
How is the price agreed?
You receive an individual quote before the journey. Every quote is all-inclusive: chauffeur, vehicle, tolls, vignettes, taxes and the agreed waiting time. No surcharges at night or on holidays.
Can I add stops or change the route?
Of course. Add stops when you book, or simply tell your chauffeur on the day — hourly and full-day bookings are entirely as directed.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant and booster seats are provided free of charge. Please tell us the children's ages when booking.
How do I pay?
Credit card, bank transfer or invoice for corporate accounts. Private bookings are settled before or after the journey — never in cash with the chauffeur unless you prefer it.
